The North Carolina Regional Implementation Teams (RITs) are a key implementation structure for building state capacity to align systems and policies in order to scale up the K-3 Formative Assessment Implementation process. RITs develop and support the implementation capacity in Districts in order to make full and effective use of evidence based programs. RITs also are a key component of the Linking Team structures in NC, ensuring that information flows to the State Design Team (SDT) so that more hospitable environments (e.g. policy, funding, regulations, etc.) are created to promote and sustain effective implementation. This space is designed to support the work of the NC RITs by offering a space for continuing our learning through discussion and shared resources.
