Knowledge Objectives

  •  Know the functions and composition of Implementation Teams
  •  Understand the necessity of linking Implementation Teams
  •  Identify tools and resources available for developing and supporting Implementation Teams

Practice Objectives

  • Establish Implementation Teams by analyzing and repurposing existing resources
  • Create a functional, or “mock”, Implementation Team
  • Use a planning tool to assess current organization and system supports for implementation

Module Content Structure

This module’s content is structured via three categories:

  • Definitions – content that describes the meaning of an Active Implementation concept
  • Rationale – content that provides a reason for doing something (e.g. answers or provides context to answer “why” questions)
  • Key Functions – content that provides an overview of the specific components and actions related to an Active Implementation concept. In this module, we will be discussing the key functions related to Implementation Teams, and examples of their use in education.
